Gloria is a health care professional with a strong clinical background and extensive experience in management and supervision, quality improvement, and program development.  As a consultant, Gloria has worked with health plans seeking NCQA Health Plan (HP) and Managed Behavioral Health Organization (MBHO) accreditation, as well as organizations seeking NCQA certification in credentialing.

Prior to her current role, Gloria most recently served in upper management roles in quality management and improvement in managed care.  During this time, Gloria led several NCQA accreditation and Medicare Advantage Deeming surveys which resulted in near-perfect standards compliance scores for the plan.  In addition, she led an internal team leading to the Medicare Advantage program receiving an overall quality rating of 4.5 Stars (of 5 possible) awarded by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.  Gloria demonstrates exceptional writing skills and has extensive experience in writing quality improvement documents and policies and procedures.

Gloria obtained her RN in Wisconsin, a BS degree from Central Michigan University and her Master's in Health Services Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina. Gloria holds an active license as a 

Registered Nurse in Michigan and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
