Case Managers are the guides that help patients navigate in this quickly changing and extremely complicated world of health care. They are the patient’s advocate. The case manager helps the patient understand their own needs and then makes sure the patient gets what is needed. They do all this and also work to ensure that the healthcare the patient receives is cost effective.
So, Case Managers thank you and give yourselves a pat on the back you deserve it. This recognition may only be celebrated once a year but please know you are appreciated and needed every day.
